About Us

We have worked in the Australian and the United Kingdom telco industry for 20 years acquiring specialist skills in Project Management, Development, Planning and Property. Our industry knowledge has helped us broker hundreds of telco agreements.

Our Director, Greg Kilroy, holds an MSc in Real Estate. He is also a Licenced Real Estate Agent and a former Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Telco Carriers have taken commercial advantage of this niche area of property for many years. Generally, Commercial Property Owners and their agents do not deal with these specialist, technical transactions regularly and do not have access to wider market information on rents, lease terms etc.
