Access Requests

Are you inundated with requests from operators and their contractors to access your property to undertake 'works' to their installation? Are they providing you with information relevant to the visit and ensuring that the works are permitted under the terms of their agreement with you?

Managing requests for access can be tedious and time-consuming. As part of our management role, we manage all access requests ensuring your rights as an owner are protected and your duty as owner to take reasonable care to avoid foreseeable risks of injury to entrants is met.

We will only permit qualified and competent persons to access your site to carry out works permitted under the terms of your lease.
